Sometimes a PDF file may have to be signed and sent. Until recently, there was a compulsion to print documents and sign them physically. There is no need to worry like that these days.
You can attach signatures to
PDFs electronically. There are some tools available for this. Many people use
Adobi's Acrobat Reader (Adobe
Acrobat Reader) software
for this.
The mobile app of this software can be signed to PDAP for free. On the desktop version, you have to pay a small fee. However, Adobi has made it free to do the same work online.
Today we are teaching you how to
keep a signature in a PDF using this tool:
-Download Adobi Acrobat's
mobile app (Adobe Acrobat Reader). This app can be downloaded on both iOS and
Android.
- Open the PDF file to be
signed.
- Tap 'Fill and Sign'.
Which appears on the toolbar at the bottom of the screen.
- Now click on the icon
that looks like a pen.
- Click on 'Ad Signature'. After this, you can use a hand or stylus to make a signature. Or, you can upload a photo of your signature taken before. (For this, you can sign a blank sheet and take it from your own smartphone)
- After doing this, click
on 'Don' in the upper right. You can
keep the signature in a place where you need to move around.
If the phone does not have enough storage, then you can use online tools. It has tools like I Love PDF, Small PDF, Adobe etc.
